Account Upgrade and Downgrade

For your viaContextâ„¢ account you can choose between several products and rates.
After successful registration you start with the free single user account. However, for a test period of 30 days, your account has all features of a group account with up to 3 distinct users available. When you choose to use the features of the group account beyond the trial period of 30 days, you can adjust you account and contract in the section 'Contract'. There, also additional products or rates are available.
If you want to go with the free single user account, no additional action is required: your account will be downgraded automatically after 30 days. Possibly used features of the group account will be disabled after the end of the 30 day trial period for the group account, if applicable (e.g. additional users; note that disabled resources won't get deleted and are subject to reactivation at a later date after an upgrade to a more powerful account).
At any time you can upgrade or downgrade your account after applying for a contract as well. Please note that a downgrade (switch to a product with less capabilities) could get rejected as long as your account utilizes features not available in this product or your account exceeds other limitations of the chosen product.

Merging Accounts
