| As a business residing in a country of the European Union except Germany, sales tax for the amount invoiced for the internet-service viaContext™ is subject to the regulations of the residing country. In this case, invoices will be issued without German sales tax. |
| To get accepted as a business residing in a country of the European Union except Germany, you need to provide us with your EU tax identification number as well as your company name and your full address. |

| Please note that when you choose to pay with PayPal, possibly charged sales tax is not explicitly denoted in your PayPal billing. If you need an invoice including explicit accounting of the sales tax for your book keeping, we will provide you with a summarized yearly invoice in written form. |
